Chelsea Handler was a handful at Hamptons magazine's Memorial Day issue cover party. Despite being the publication's cover subject, the comic initially refused to be photographed at the event.
Handler eventually relented and seemed to be in a more playful mood when Beth Ostrosky Stern chatted her up for the cameras of "Extra."
